Questions about pricing

Is there a lock-in or payment commitment?
No. No lock-in, no penalty. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you keep using the service until the end of the paid period and your data is kept for 30 days so you can export it.
How long is it free, and what does it cost after that?
The beta is free up to and including 30 November 2026. From 1 December 2026 the price is €70 a month, VAT included — the Workshop plan, with everything in it. You can subscribe before that date without being charged anything until 1 December 2026, and if you do not subscribe your workshop goes read-only: you keep viewing, printing and exporting everything, but cannot create or change anything.
What happens if I do not subscribe by 1 December 2026?
Nothing is deleted. Your workshop goes read-only: you can still view, print and export customers, vehicles, work orders and invoices — including issued invoices, which by law you must be able to keep for five years. The moment you subscribe you have full access again with all your data intact.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything (customers, vehicles, work orders, invoices) at any time from Settings. Issued invoices are kept for 10 years from issue, as required by law.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Not yet. It is a single monthly price with no lock-in. We will look at annual payment when enough workshops ask for it.
Can the price go up later?
What you pay is €70 a month, VAT included, and it is the early-bird rate: you keep it for as long as you stay subscribed even if the list price rises for new workshops. You can cancel without penalty whenever you like.
Do I need to install anything?
No. El Bujías works as a web app (PWA). Open your phone browser, log in and you are ready. You can also add it to your home screen to use it like a native app.
Is VeriFactu invoicing included?
Yes. Electronic invoicing with hash chain and an immutable record, ready for submission to the AEAT and the QR code, is included in the price. There is no extra cost per invoice or per module.
